I have known Susan Leonard for nearly 20 years and when it was time for me to get a puppy, she was my my first and only thought. Susan has put so much time, energy, and love into her breeding program, it really shows in the quality of her dogs and I couldn’t be happier with the puppy I received. Susan kept me, and all the future families, up to date on the whelping and early weeks of the puppies lives, each one was was carefully placed in the appropriate home. Every puppy went home with a through packet of information on proper care and training, a 5 generation pedigree, clearances for sure and dam, as well as AKC registration and microchip information, which was beyond helpful. I couldn’t have been any luckier when receiving Wayne. He was adorable, and a very well socialized boy, he had no problem settling into our household at 9 weeks and we were all smitten! Since I am a avid equestrian, and competitor, it was most fortunate that my puppy was the real deal, a show quality dog, true to the Labrador breed standard. Off we went to local conformation classes, and I began learning about dog shows. Showing is a wonderful experience for people and animals, Susan helped me navigate my way through and Wayne finished with his champion title, officially he is Ch. Sandstone Ten Gallon Hat!
